By way of Washington, music duo Certified Outfit deliver their official video effort “Down 2 Ride”, featuring Dallas rising star,King Sonny. Certified is by no means new to the game. They’ve already established themselves thanks in part to their “Fish Fridays” releases and the “True Grit” album. They’ve also caught the attention and respect of artists such as Ice T, who collaborated and starred with them in “Cake”.
With two projects on the way, “Bulletproof Love” and “The Outfit 2”, the WashHouse committee unleash the one-off single featuring in-house production from crew member, Church. Taking a nod from classic Hip Hop acts such as Run DMC and the Beastie Boys, the Outfit play off each others lyrics. Not only do they show off their strong song crafting abilities but the special bond both Swindle and Church share. King Sonny delivers a catchy hook and the Vivid Visual Films-directed video matches the trio’s eloquence
