Bobby Shmurda, Rowdy Rebel & other members of GS9 Plead NOT Guilty to All Charges

#News – Earlier today, Bobby Shmurda, Rowdy Rebel and the eleven other GS9 members who were arrested in December all went to the Manhattan Supreme Court for their first hearing since being brought in on 69 different charges. Somewhat surprisingly, each and every one of them plead not guilty.

SHmurda, who swapped his previous attorney Howard Greenberg for Kenneth Montgomery, and Rebel both had their bail set at $2 million, and despite attempts by their lawyers to argue that the sum was “excessive,” the judge refused to reduce bail this time around. The crew’s next hearing is set for April 22nd, at which time the judge will deliver his decisions and decide whether or not to alter the bail amount.
