Chris Brown is determined to be legally recognized as the father of Royalty. The singer has filed legal documents in Houston to establish paternity of his daughter. TMZ reports CB and his baby mother Nia Guzman continue to argue over the child support and custody. In order to challenge Nia over her demands, Breezy is asking the judge for paternity.
Previous reports pointed out that Guzman is trying to extort higher child support from Brown. He believes the $2,500 he used to pay are a fair amount, but now she wants to receive $15,000 a month. Also, Nia has reportedly been denying him the right to see his daughter. In order for the judge to set the situation straight once and for all, Chris needs to be listed as Royalty’s father in her birth certificate and other documents. Quite obviously, Chris is not concerned with the money. He is simply cutting his baby mother off in order to get back at her for not allowing him to see his daughter. If Brown receives paternity, he will be able to file for full or joint custody, too. Stay tuned for an update.
