Dame Dash Confronts Lee Daniels Over $2 Million Unpaid Loan

Dame Dash is suing decorated movie director Lee Daniels — again. Following an in-person confrontation at a Diana Ross concert last week, spearheaded by the media mogul, a lawsuit has been filed against Daniels’ in the amount of $5M after he broke his promise to give Dame an executive producer credit and 5% of backend profits on a Richard Pryor biopic that never materialized.

The strangely paired business associates have been at odds for nearly over 10 years after Dame loaned Daniels $2M to fund ‘The Woodsman,’ which jump-started the ‘EMPIRE’ creators career, and Dame claims he was never fully reimbursed. The financial fluster ended in an out of court settlement.
