Enter the heroic world of El Super Nuevo! Making noise in the Dominican Republic’s highly active Dembow scene since around 2014, El Super Nuevo (or “The Super New” en ingles) is starting to gain momentum around the island. With the release of “Superman Sin Capa” (Superman without a cape) he showcases a lighter approach to the fever pitch club banger genre which is at times dead serious about it’s dedication to women, fast cars and mad cash. Don’t get it twisted tho, Nuevo gets into all of that as par for the course, but he does it with a sense of humor that is becoming his trademark. If you don’t catch much of the lyrics you can still let the rhythm of this Latin/Carribean jam save your day!
