Future is having an incredible year. After releasing back-to-back albums (Future and HNDRXX), and having both releases hit no. 1 on the Billboard 200, making history, HNHH now points out that he’s now earned seven RIAA plaques during the month of April, according to the RIAA data base.
As reported, a platinum certification has been given to “Mask Off,” a single taken from the self-titled album Future released on February 17 — a week before he’d release yet another album, HNDRXX. “Mask Off,” produced by Metro Boomin, is currently the No. 7 song in the country.
In the meantime, his Drake-featuring “Used to This,” the non-album single Future shared in November, has also gone platinum. The Wizard’s super single with The Weeknd, “Low Life” is now triple platinum, while a double-platinum certification was awarded to “Fuck Up Some Commas,” plus “Blow a Bag” has been certified gold.
Last but definitely not least, his first two albums, Pluto and 2014 Honest, released in 2012 and 2014, respectively, were each certified gold.
In the words of Future himself, “Um going platinum everyday.” Congrats!
