Wu-Tang legend Ghostface Killah recently announced his new album, “The Lost Tapes” will be coming on October 5th, 2018. The album is the first effort from the Wu-Tang veteran in over 3 years, and comes after the controversy surrounding “Once Upon A Time In Shaolin”, the exclusive Wu-Tang album that now incarcerated businessman Martin Shkreli (known for price gouging cancer medication) paid $5 million for. Giving fans an alternative, GFK teamed up with producer Big Ghost to deliver an album that will “bring fans back to the Ironman/Supreme Clientele/Cuban Linx era”.
“The Lost Tapes” has a long and quality feature list, with names like Snoop Dogg, E-40, Big Daddy Kane, Raekwon, and more lending their talents to the album’s tracklist. Along with being released on streaming platforms, the album will see a limited edition physical release on vinyl, CD, and cassette, along with 1000 available pre-orders for a limited quantity CD that comes with a signed poster from GFK himself.
