“SLFMADE II” drops on 7/13, officially Lil Keke Day by Proclamation in the City of Houston. It is an honor that is well deserved, both for Don Ke’s 20 plus years in music as well as his humanitarian contributions, for which he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from none other than then-President, Barack Obama in 2016.
“SlfMade II is some of my best work to date,” Keke adds. “It features a mixture of great production and talented artists. There are different collaborations from all generations of rap, which gives it a great balance.” the legend told XXL of this latest body of work.
Featuring cameos from Big K.R.I.T., Bun B, Mike D, Z-Ro, DJ Chose, Bam Rogers, Slim, Jack Freeman, DJ XO, Propain and Cal Wayne,“SLFMADE II” contains a well-rounded offering of the best his city has to offer.
Next up for Houston’s Don is a multi-city tour which includes 3 Texas stops (one in Dallas for Screwfest), as well as some dates in Japan, and a media promo tour in New York timed to release of the project. Stay tuned for updates and follow along on the socials.
