Maurice Paramore, a filmmaker and Ceo of Dream Boy Vision Productions, is a graduate of William Paterson University. Paramore comes from Burlington, NJ, a small town in the South Jersey area. Starting out as a hip-hop artist, he began directing his own music videos to promote his music which slowly turned into a passion and production company. Since the start of his company in 2008, Dream Boy Vision has been the company of choice for many who aim for a unique, filmstyle look to their video and film projects. Never actually taking film classes, he applied his skills learned in his communications major to his own self-teachings of making films and honed his skills as a writer, director, producer, and editor. In 2010, Paramore began writing and directed his first Independent film called Freestyle love now on DVD. It’s a story about where hip-hop, love and loyalty cross paths. You can see the passion that he has for his craft from the beginning credits to the end. “I want to use the art of filmmaking to touch people in every way possible, one frame at a time.” Be on the lookout for his next film called “White Tape”
