The last 24 hours have been hectic for Nicki Minaj, surrounding the release of her long-awaited new album QUEEN. During the premiere of her Beats 1 show on Thursday night (Aug. 9), Queen Radio, Minaj announced the much-anticipated project would drop Friday (Aug. 10). The news came as a surprise as the album was recently pushed back to Aug. 17, sharing the same date as Ariana Grande. Keeping her promise, Nicki returned on Friday morning to premiere the album on Beats 1 radio.
Coming in at 19 songs, QUEEN is lead by the singles “Chun-Li,” “Rich Sex” featuring Lil’ Wayne, and “Bed” with Ariana Grande. Eminem, The Weeknd, Future, buy essay, Swae Lee and Labrinth all make guest appearances on the album, out now on iTunes. Stream the album in full below.
