After a handful of reunions and false starts, The Diplomats finally release their first studio album in 14 years. Diplomatic Ties is the Harlem group’s first album since 2004’s Diplomatic Immunity 2. Lead by Jim Jones, Cam’ron, Juelz Santana and Freekey Zekey, the nine-track LP is lead by the single “Sauce Boyz.” The LOX (“Dipset / LOX”), Tory Lanez (“No Sleep”) and Belly (“On God”) make guest appearances on the album.
