P Frank Williams is a legendary hip hop journalist who is deeply connected to Tupac’s story. He recently stated, “I covered Tupac’s murder for both The Source Magazine and the LA Times in 1996. Hours after he was shot I was on the scene in Las Vegas. I never thought he would receive justice. Now 21 Years later and for the first time ever, my colleagues and I conduct the investigation that police never did.”
