According to Ty Cannon’s Instagram (the Head of A&R at Aftermath Records) Dr. Dre has begun mixing Anderson .Paak’s upcoming debut on Aftermath. After accidentally announcing the album’s title (Oxnard Ventura) while drunk on Instagram live, Dre was pictured in the studio on the boards with the caption “Mixing @anderson._paak album!”. This comes shortly after a text exchange between Dre and .Paak was shared, with Dre telling him “Thank you for letting me do my thing with your project”. Now that this news is out, .Paak has a lot of pressure to execute a great album, hopefully coming later this year. Stay tuned to TRUE Magazine for any updates.
