Deon Armor has many observers buzzing over the future plans for his company known as Armor Atlantic Associations. It has been made clear to media outlets that Armor Atlantic Associations was designed to create intelligent solutions to complex music industry problems for major record labels such as Sony BMG, Def Jam, Universal, Atlantic, Epic and more. However, it has also been made clear that Armor Atlantic is working to make the music industry more enjoyable for the consumer and perhaps artists as well. Deon had a vision to amass a team of music industry officials such as A&R’s, President, VP’s, Super Producers, and more to accomplish one overall goal that they have entitled, “Music Industry Repair”. This is excellent news for all artists considering the fact that musicians have been losing millions of dollars each year due to certain music industry shifts. These problems would seem very difficult to solve for most people but the officials of Armor Atlantic smile when any difficulty is mentioned. The most intriguing part of this story is that when Deon is asked about the topic, he always mentions what they are going to do, but he conveniently leaves out how they are going to do it. When asked about solving the problem of album sales, Deon stated, “We do not intend to stop people from pirating music, however, we do intend on establishing other creative ways to compensate for the album sales problem. The people work hard enough to get something for free at least while they can. Instead of holding on to how things used to be with album sales, we decided to take a different approach and move towards pure innovation. We have created systems that we will be imploring in the coming months that will help repair the problem of album sales”. The answer was very interesting but also very secretive still, and when asked “What are these systems that you will be imploring”, Mr. Armor replied,”Everyone will just have to wait and see. We will bring life back into the music industry”.
