Your favorite Rappers RnB singer is called “the neighbor from Hell”, Saying he don’t know how to park, his luxury rides is in handicapped spots blasting music and racing dogs in the hallway just doing him. He just moves in a couple of months ago, and neighbors have been furious over the antics following his arrival. His lawyer claims that Chris is being treated unfairly, because the deed shows the two spots Chris is parking his cars in belong to him, but the developer never explained the spots were handicapped. Chris has been ticketed numerous times by the city over the parking violations and other residents are planning on having his cars towed if he parks in the handicapped spots again.
