XXXTentacion’s Instagram account has revealed the tracklist for the upcoming posthumous project Skins, and it contains one credited feature: Kanye West on the song “One Minute.” The album will be released on December 7.
Soon after XXXTentacion was shot and killed on June 18, West memorialized the 20-year-old rapper on Twitter. “I never told you how much you inspired me when you were here thank you for existing,” he wrote in a since-deleted tweet.
Kanye signalled his support for XXXTentacion in a separate post defending A$AP Bari, the VLONE founder who is accused of sexual assault. “Bari challenged me when no one else did and when he got in trouble I was scared to say he was my friend just like I did with xxx,” Kanye tweeted in September. “That was some pussy shit on my part.” XXXTentacion faced several charges including assault and false imprisonment against a pregnant ex-girlfriend, and admitted to domestic abuse in secretly recorded tapes.
