Waka Flocka’s Management Ordered To Pay $501,000 To Injured Man In 2011 Shootout



An aspiring rapper, Antonio StukesWaka Flocka‘s security guards has won $501,000 in a lawsuit .

The incident which occured in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2011 escalated when Stukes approached Waka while he was getting the sound system in his tour bus upgraded.

Stukes wanted to give Waka his demo CD, however security guards thought it was a robbery attempt and began shooting, hitting the victim in the shoulder.

Police originally charged Stukes and five other men with attempted armed robbery, conspiracy, and discharged a weapon on public property. The charges were dropped when prosecutors found no evidence to back it up.

“The jury came down in our favor and really hit them hard,” said his lawyer, Adam Seifer. “The facts that were in the evidence showed they essentially shot at my client without provocation“.
