Deal The Villain – Autumn Fables

With the temperature dropping dramatically in the northern hemisphere over the past couple weeks as autumn transitions into winter, NJ’s Deal The Vain attempts to raise the mercury levels through his newest release “Autumn Fables” which visualizes one of the standout cuts from his recent studio EP Beards, Beats, & Kicks over a seriously smooth Flying Lotus beat -something for the purest and an appropriate selection given the current season we’re in. Just as the title proclaims this is a ‘rap fable’ about the archetypical rise and fall, allowing director Leon Brinson to turn this song into a vintage style Hip-Hop video. Paying homage to the likes of ATCQ, Prodigy and others there was only one location in the world they could choose to do the majority of filming… the strongholds of the culture Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, NY.
