On the behind-the-scenes side, BET threw a discussion about the music and entertainment industry called Genius Talks, sponsored by AT&T. Full of gems of guidance and uplifting conversation, these talks never disappoint. The list of special guest speakers included T.I. and Yvonne Orji, all moderated by Jemele Hill (of ESPN fame). It was an afternoon full of shared knowledge and some of the keys to success were dropped in conversation as interesting pieces of advice.
