Young Dolph Shot In Hollywood

The Memphis rapper is in stable condition after being shot multiple times yesterday

Yesterday Young Dolph was shot in Hollywood and rushed to the hospital, where it was announced that his injuries were non life threatening.

TMZ reported that the rapper was outside Shoe Palace at Hollywood and Highland when he was hit. Officers near the seen were responded quickly. L.A.P.D. Public Information Officer Sal Ramirez told Pitchfork the altercation began when Dolph argued with three men. He fell to the ground, where apparently one of the men fired on him.

Initially, fellow Memphis rapper Yo Gotti was thought to be in connection with the shooting, which Ramirez denied. There has been well documented beef between the two parties. Another Memphis artist, Blac Youngsta, was arrested in May in connection with a February shooting of Young Dolph’s SUV, which Dolph survived unscathed.
