“Combat Jack” Founder and Hip Hop Attorney, Reggie Osse Has Died

Hip-Hop attorney and founder of the Combat Jack podcast has died after months of battling colon cancer. Osse was 48 years old.

A graduate of Cornell University, Osse was also the former Managing Editor of The Source magazine. Osse also wrote Bling; a book that documented hip-hop’s love and fascination with jewelry. Osse also once served as Vice President of Audio/Music DVD at MTV Networks.

Osse had a deep love and passion for hip-hop music and culture. In 2013, his groundbreaking podcast The Combat Jack Show became the flagship of the Loudspeakers Network along with The Read, and The Brilliant Idiots.

Condolences to the family and friends of Reggie “Combat Jack” Osse. He will be missed.
